The Self-Guided Black History Tour of UC Berkeley’s campus was co-developed by Gia White and Daniella Lake. Gia White, a Cal alumna, is a steering committee member for Black Lives at Cal (BLAC) and works on campus as the administrative director for both Global, International, & Area Studies and the Institute of European Studies. Daniella Lake is a senior majoring in Media Studies who has been a research apprentice for BLAC since its founding in 2021. She currently leads BLAC's content creation team.
