Beginning April 29th, 2022, BLAC is launching its first Call for Submissions of digital artifacts for BLAC’s burgeoning collection about lives and legacies of Black people at Cal. This first call is for anyone with digital objects and knowledge related to Black life at UC Berkeley to share those items and/or contribute a short essay. At this time, we are only accepting digital artifacts that can be uploaded to this google form: https://tinyurl.com/BLACcos01
The deadline for submissions is July 15th, 2022.
Examples of accepted digital materials include but are not limited to:

Stories
-
Event flyers, programs, periodicals, and posters

Audio and visual recordings
-
Information on individuals, organizations, and groups

URLs for web-based affinity groups or reunion planning websites

Information related to Black Greek life

Region/ Ethnicity-based Black experiences at Cal
